Liked: Hotel is in a great position, central yet very close to the beach. Our room was lovely, spotless, nice decor, great views from 2 windows. Great shower. Bed really comfy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking right outside door.
Disliked: Nothing!

Exceptional

Liked: We took a trip away from parent duties for my husbands 50th birthday. The hotel was just perfect 1 min away from the main high street 5 minutes from the beach. The hotel room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Thank you for an amazing night away.

Weekend getaway

Liked: Really friendly staff on reception and very knowledgeable about the area and places to eat etc. face is clear guidance on where to park with the parking pass, how to get into the building after hours etc.Overall feel and look of the hotel is clean and well kept. Smells clean and fresh too. We loved our room with a view of the sea too - thank you!
Disliked: Nothing. Would highly recommend to others. Great central location.

Nice short stay with brilliant...

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and tidy.
Disliked: The old fridge in the room gave a low humming noise which was the only noise I heard throughout the night. Not a problem, but something could be improved - or advised in advance. We didn’t need to use the fridge at all during the stay.

Brilliant Amazing the best

Liked: Location is excellent in centre of Bude with wonderful views Staff were friendly and very helpful Would definitely recommend to friends and definitely stay there again 200% better than the Premier Inn it’s biggest competition When I asked for more milk it was provided in a little jug So much better than little plastic pots and even a fridge in the room 👍
Disliked: Nothing to dislike Be just a little more convenient when the kitchen is fully staffed and operational again

Liked: The "small double " room was actually very spacious. Nice view over summerleaze beach.Very quiet.
