Superb

Liked: I could early check-in for free. Very nice breakfast. Personal atmosphere.
Disliked: The very small elevator did not reach the top floor. Still some steps to climb to the room. Also entrance has steps, be aware if you can't handle that.

Great overnight stop over.

Liked: Great location. Very helpful staff. Lovely comfy beds. Restaurant nearby a must Brucken. Great food and atmosphere.

Good hotel, but surely there...

Liked: The location of the hotel is good, 10 minutes walk from the Cologne Cathedral. The Parking place with the reasonable cost was on the same street. Good breakfast and really good coffee.
Disliked: The sink was inside the room rather than in the bathroom. I appreciate that this is a historic building and the interior design options are therefore limited, but still it was not so comfy to brush teeth next to your bed.

Would recommend to anyone wanting...

Liked: The hotel was what I expected of a hotel, clean, welcoming and lovely variety of choices for breakfast, even had english tea.
Disliked: Nothing not to like
