Calm but a bit overpriced...

Liked: I had a compact single room. The hotel itself is in a quiet and calm area. Windows are soundproof. I had peace there.
Disliked: The single room is overpriced for the facilities provided. There isn’t enough socket. Facilities are very basic. The breakfast doesn’t have much variety. I wish there were some hot meat like omelette.

Charming little hotel

Liked: Breakfast is superb, staff are friendly and helpful. Location is easy to find , nearby the Central station and we walked through the lovely river side from hotel to Cologne Christmas market.
Disliked: Bathroom is really small, especially for the shower cubicle.

Liked: Clean, nicely decorated for the holidays, friendly staff, early check in, 5 min walk to the cathedral.
Disliked: Stayed on the first floor (located next to a restroom and towel closet) so was woken up earlier than expected by the noise.
