Disliked: Heating wasnt working.Fire alarm went of due to shower.Key card took about 5mins to get in room.Waited 40mins for breakfast.

Liked: The bed was large and comfortable.The spa facilities were very good.The staff were very friendly.The fact that large coach parties had a separate room for meals.
Disliked: When we visited I hate to say it but we were too hot in the room and could not regulate it.No milk available at breakfast despite there being a spar a couple of hundred yards away, I understand that the staff are not authorised to go out and buy but management should have a policy and process in place to overcome these issues

Liked: The breakfast and the location
Disliked: The bedroom walls were very thin and the doors were very noisy so it was difficult to sleep. It was a Saturday night and some of the other guests were very noisy.
