Very very poor start to...

Liked: The location by the beach was good
Disliked: The staff were particularly rude especially the the lady on reception. We had a long drive and my partner was not very well and had needed the use of a toilet regularly. When we arrived I asked if the room was ready which it was not, that was fair enough as we were early so my missus asked if she could use a toilet and was point blank refused and told to go hotel next door. She went next door and they would not let her use the facilities so we once again asked if we could use Buccaneer toilets and were point refused again, I asked can she use the toilet that you use to receptionist as this was now urgent and she replied there are no guest toilets this went on for a good couple of minutes as I could not believe there was no toilets for guests in the meantime my missus found another hotel across the road that let her use the facilities. I really couldn't believe the way my missus who was in obvious distress was treated especially by another women it was a disgrace if I had not of paid up front for hotel I would not have stayed there

Liked: Great beach and pool. Lots of beach chairs and tables under grass roofs. Bed was very comfortable. Room service everyday was nice. Good location by Marathon.

Pricey for the co fit...

Liked: Water views and sitting area by water. Breakfast was ok. Room appeared clean.
Disliked: For the $$$$ the room was very dated. Soffit material was installed on the ceiling of the bathtoom. Booked room online but when I got there the front desk person didn’t seem to find my reservation at first. Once found she told me my payment didn’t go thru. Had to start all over again and provide her the information. We wanted our daughter and her husband in close proximity, however they were on the other side of the bldg.

Liked: Very clean, but a little musty! Beautiful beach access!Very nice and accomodating staff! Parking was very organized for for us older folks.
Disliked: Little things - toilet paper in awkward location and terrible holder (roll kept falling off), musty smell,

I would come back

Liked: Locaton is fabulous - secluded but close enough to local restaurants and stores. Very quiet
Disliked: the rooms are a bit dated but clean
