Great stay, would book again.

Liked: Was a great stay, staff were very friendly at the reception. Parking was easy, and Tram Stops were close by. Felt very safe as a solo female traveller, door had a lock and chain. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean.
Disliked: Would be good to have a microwave in the room. Also there was a very bright light outside the windows of my room all night.

Recommend. Great location. Clean. Safe.

Liked: Great location! The room was ok, clean. Good to spend a couple nights. Very close to groceries, tram, the CBD.

Enjoyable stay with the family

Liked: Booked a family room and it had everything we needed. Carpark at the back. Comfy beds. All you can eat Japanese restaurant at the front of the building. Was very convenient as we travelled in from the country. Receptionist was very friendly. Asked for extra towels with no issues.
Disliked: Not a biggie but the shower temperature was a little challenging to control but the kids enjoyed the different lights coming from the shower head.

Liked: Onsite secure parking is great. Hotel is nice and clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location for the event we were attending at the showground and lots of nice cafes near by. Bed was nice and comfy. The room was spacious and had a balcony which was a nice addition.
Disliked: The air conditioner didn't work very well. It took ages to get going but once it did the room was comfortable. The room was also very bright. The curtains didn't really block out the street lighting.

Liked: Location was great!Room was not clean requested for room to be made up after one night stay same sheets will put Back on the beds And dishes were not removed.
Disliked: Refer to the above!
