Given the tariff, we were...

Liked: Very conveniently located and far more economical than anything in the area. The facilities were adequate, but no more than expected.
Disliked: Servicing the room seemed haphazard, sometimes not at all. Some crockery, eg breakfast cereal bowls would have been nice.

Exceptional

Liked: Clean Comfortable rooms great location

Liked: Location: You can easily catch the tram to the center at the station about 100m away. The room has a private bathroom, refrigerator, iron, and housekeeping on weekdays. That's all the amenities I need for a budget traveler like me.
Disliked: The room smells musty.

Liked: Proximity to train station.
Disliked: Tired and damaged environment. Icemaker is not working.

Would not stay there again

Liked: The noisy plumbing woke me at 3am. God knows what was going on. I thought someone was trying to open my door. I DID NOT feel safe at all. There was no ability to get milk etc after reception shut so I had to order from uber.
