Liked: The location was great - near the central station but yet somewhat quiet and comfortable. My toe was broken and I needed as less walk as possible and the hotel totally satisfied this requirement. They have elevator as well. The room is clean and big. The ergonomics is also great. Very good value for money.
Disliked: I think the pillows and the mattress are not that comfortable. The pillow is too big, it would be nice to have a smaller one, but I was tired to go and ask, maybe they offer it. The room was also too warm, but I opened a window and it was fine. I think, the internet connection was not ideal, probably because of many people using it at the same time, so I just used my mobile hotspot.

Really friendly, helpful staff, quiet...

Liked: The staff were all super friendly and spoke fluent English. The hotel is quiet, despite it's central location only 15 mins walk from Marienplatz. The buffet-style breakfast was delicious: a choice of lots of cheeses and hams, as well as cereals, pastries, fruit juice and a variety of tea/coffees. It is only 5- 10 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof (Central Munich Station) and there are a number of good restaurants (the hotel is in the Middle Eastern quarter so lots of ethnic restaurants nearby) and coffee bars within easy walking distance. We had a lovely stay and hope to be back next time we're in Munich.
Disliked: The hotel is excellent but if you have younger children, be aware that there are two strip clubs in the street and in nearby streets. The area did not feel at all unsafe, despite this.

Liked: Truly everything was fantastic—from the room to the team they have! Everyone was quick to help, super friendly, gave great recommendations on where to go and what to do, they helped us figure out how to get to the airport after we left, always met us with a smile and made us feel very comfortable there. The location is perfectly situated close to the city center, the room was clean, super comfy bed, and huge bathroom. Highly recommend! The staff really helped us, provided us maps, and were so kind!
Disliked: Loved it all - no complaints here!

Liked: İt was cheap and clean. Location was close to oldtown.
Disliked: Although the location was close to oldtown, neofhborhood was somewhat eeire after 9pm. İ have been informed that the parking place was booked but i everytime i have checked the parking place there was at least 1 free space. Furthermore their parking agreement with their contracted parking lot is super complicated and meaningless. They insist on stamping the parking ticket (appatently i forgot to do it) even thought i have delivered them the full bill. That very bill had my licence plate, time of entance and exit, the full amount of money i have pay…but no they wanted to stamp the most unofficial ticket in the process. Since i had to return the “unstamped” ticket to the parking place to receive my car and the bill, hotel staff informed me that could not use the “parking bill refund”.
