Liked: The room, perfect to fit a family of 5. Clean, comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. We stayed for a weekend and we'll definitely come back here next time.
Disliked: Nothing.

Very good hotel

Liked: Location is great, so near to Lancastar Gate and Paddington underground stations. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good with different alternatives. If you arrive early you can leave your luggage and continue to sightseeing. You can also leave your luggage after check out if you have time before the flight. Cleaning is good enough.Romms are small as usual in London. If you don't pay so much money and stay in a luxurious hotel, dont complaint about the size of rooms.
Disliked: Our room was at the roof floor. We hit our heads sometimes :)

Good location but won’t stay...

Liked: Good location and the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.
Disliked: Hands down the worst breakfast I’ve had in this price range in London. Also, the double bed was actually two singles pushed together, which made for an uncomfortable train track in the middle. Another problem was that I had a basement room, and the bathroom fan was broken so the bathroom smelled of drains…

Liked: Everything was great during my stay—the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide slippers in the room. It would be a nice touch to enhance the overall guest experience, especially for those who prefer not to walk around in bare feet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
