Liked: A big thank you to Brownsville Motel, and especially to Lori, the wonderful owner, and her sweet dog, Butter Cup. I live in the Bay Area and traveled up there to focus on finishing my memoir. My goal was to find a clean, comfortable room in the countryside with a desk where I could work peacefully--and the accommodations exceeded my expectations.Lori's dedication to hospitality truly stood out. Someone is always on the property, so no matter what I needed, Lori was at my door with a solution. One evening, she even went into town just to get me a large bottle of body wash. Now that's service!If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, I highly recommend staying here. For those planning a longer visit (I stayed for a week), I suggest bringing along some of your favorite food supplies. While there is a new store just up the street, having a stocked fridge and microwave in the room makes for an even more convenient stay.Thank you, Lori, for such a lovely experience. Cozy and welcoming!

Liked: Really nice and welcoming host and staff. Rooms were clean and comfy, other guests were friendly. Beautiful town and people, will be back to visit again!
Disliked: I had zero issues, it was a pleasure to stay.
