The accommodation was well presented...

Liked: Location was excellent with fantastic views
Disliked: Toilet had issues flushing. Also only a couple of the lights on the guest alley way entrance were working

Liked: Home feeling stay. Cozy and warm room. Location is great. 2 mins walk to the town and nestled in a very quiet spot.

Boutique hotel without the boutique...

Liked: The location was perfect for accessing the town, restaurants and other facilities, although the hill walking is a killer :) The hotel is very quiet, extremely clean and warm (we stayed in winter) with the best views in Queenstown. Beautiful lounge and dining room. The Managers went out of their way to make us welcome.
Disliked: The continental breakfast was very pricy, so we opted to eat out.
