Liked: Wonderful continental breakfast served by very pleasant and helpful staff
Disliked: I was disturbed in the night for 2hrs by a drunk indigenous ladies banging on my room door and window.I should have been financially compensated by such dreadful behaviour.

Liked: We were upgraded free of charge to a beautiful room. There was some trouble in the pool area so reception moved us. Staff were brilliant. Receptionist so accommodating. Stand out was the security guy (Pete?). He really helped us feel safe.
Disliked: Random passers by in the middle of the night. A bit scary.

Disliked: No WiFi, and description on booking.com is out of date. No restaurant. Continental breakfast only and no dietary requirements assistance. Our room was not deluxe and there was no DVD player.Wrote to the Manager but received no response.

Always room for improvement

Liked: I had a fantastic nights sleep.
Disliked: I jumped in the pool about 10mins after checking in and saw a code brown float pass me as well as at the bottom of the pool. Another family were already in the pool, and with a toddler with no swimming nappy on. Was not happy at all. Got out and showered straight away. In the shower I found a clump of hair on the window sill, not any of ours. Broome time has really dropped their game on cleanliness. I used to love staying here back in the day. Also, booked a room that slept six. 2 double beds and 2 single. On arrival, we were allocated a room with 2 double beds and a single bed. Couldn't be bothered going back to dispute my booking. I was stuffed from travelling to Broome.

Liked: Position was central between Town and Cable Beach with bus stop right outside door - excellent for my purposes. Staff were helpful with any of my enquiries, and facility was quiet at night for a good nights rest.
