Liked: The rooms were quiet, the shop at reception was handy.
Disliked: The Wi Fi was inadequate. I was given two different addresses but neither worked in room 42. I had to sit on the low wall outside reception to use the internet after 6 pm.

Disliked: Comment regarding wifi. I was not informed of the wifi password and the office was closed by the time I realised I needed to see the office, as I checked in late.

Location was handy.

Liked: pool was beautiful, and laundry was handy, great to have clothes airer in the room. Art gallery a nice touch. Kids did love the novelty of the pancake maker and the teeny tiny packets of breakfast cereal.
Disliked: In room stove didn't work, very slow to heat up, rubbish and dust under beds, grumpy reception and breakfast staff, breakfast doesn't match the photos online, pass if you have gluten or dairy issues
