Very unhappy with 3rd floor...

Liked: It was fairly clean
Disliked: There was actually not a car in the parking lot. I am 65 year old disabled female with service dog. I was put on 3rd floor (top floor) with no elevators. I asked for a lower room and was told no. I even advised it was going to be very difficult for me to go up 3 flights of stairs with my bags. Didn’t care. Also, I’ve stayed there before with my service dog and was placed in the same room on first floor. Poor customer service

Liked: Affordable place to stay while visiting family member in nursing home
Disliked: Only furniture was bed and one desk chair. Sheets stained. TV very fuzzy. Tiny soaps. Poor breakfast with stale bagels, sugared cereal.

Recommend for a stay in...

Liked: The staff was amazing. The check-in was quick, and the young lady who checked me in was polite and upbeat she made sure we had everything we needed in our room. We stayed for 3 days with 2 little ones. Housekeeping was in every day, made sure all was clean and stocked. Very Happy with our experience

Liked: Nothing. It was the cheapest accommodation you can find, in the area, but it is still expensive for how bad it is.
Disliked: Where to start..... The staff was very unfriendly, make you feel uncomfortable, they were rude and even challenging. They didn't let me see the room (something normal in this type of accommodation), they assigned me the wing of the building overlooking a McDonald's and a highway full of trucks, very noisy all night. I asked for a room in the other wing of the building, and without further explanation they said "no". The room has old and scratched furniture, possibly already there when Columbus arrived in America. The chairs were very worn, perhaps Abraham Lincoln sat in them. The breakfast was scarce and horrible. The same gentleman who had a rude attitude at check-in was sitting in the living room listening to his cell phone at full volume, and looking defiant as if I were a criminal. Horrible treatment, I preferred to pick up my things and leave as soon as possible. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to avoid that horrible place.

Disliked: Walls were dirty and needed to be washed. The bed was as hard as a rock. The heater was either extremely hot or cold no, in between the staff was snooty
