Unimpressed. Will not stay again

Disliked: There were live cockroaches which we had to kill and the room had clearly been shut up for weeks. The duvet wasn't clean, bottom sheet was dirty and there was a layer or dust over everything. Everything needed to be deep cleaned.

Liked: Great room
Disliked: Hot water issues. Was soon sorted with the use of another room

Liked: spur bath but didn't use it.
Disliked: lots of lights and small area

Liked: Check in and check out were nice and easy, very quick.
Disliked: The bed sheets had stains on them and so did the coffee table and carpet. The shower also leaked from the wall.

Not a nice place to...

Liked: The location
Disliked: The curtains were ripped and mouldy. Radio would not work. There were 4 of us and only 3 chairs and the chairs were either stained or they had wobbly legs. No pillow cases on the beds AND only 1 pillow per bed. We only had one flannel between 4 of us AND it was never replaced the whole 3 days we were there! We had to do our own dishes. There were only 3 of each utensils and cutlery for a 2 bedroom unit. The whole time we were there they never vacuumed the floors. There were cockroaches. The shower drain was blocked so you had to stop and start the shower to allow the water to drain.

Wasn’t the best stay, room...

Liked: It was an ok room for the location we wanted
Disliked: Cleaning - walls, net curtains black mold, carpet was bad and needs replacing, the bed was hard, it was a basic cheap mattress, we had the disabled room so everything was low, the smell of surge coming from the shower was bad. We couldn’t connect our phones to the tv so it was only basic channels to watch.

Okay for one night. Parking...

Liked: Nice setup for the apartment.
Disliked: Unpleasant odour, stained carpet in my one at least which was apt 5. Either the couch itself and/or the carpet had the bad odour so I slept with my windows as open as they could go. I'm lead to believe this could be likely to having emergency housing tenants at some point. If the smell wasn't there I'd rate this much higher
