Couldn’t wait to get home...

Liked: Great location, fairly quiet, ground level rooms, easy parking and close to shops, food and petrol station
Disliked: The unit was dirty, had cockroaches, alive on the walls and cockroache poo every where. The shower was dirty. The bed linen was worn, pillows were as flat as and the bed quilt was stained, like really disgusting. Also the complete lack of service, curtains pulled in the office at 4pm, never saw a person, keys for the units were in a lock box, not welcoming.

Fine but a few things...

Liked: Friendly staff. Good size room.
Disliked: No toilet paper. Staff not contactable in the morning. Cleaning service came in before checkout.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was excellent. Very close to where we needed to be. Very close to the takeaways, made getting dinner and breakfast very easy.The WiFi was great.The Shower pressure was excellent
Disliked: Beds and couch.You could feel every spring in the beds. My colleague said it felt like she had roll together and it was only her in the single bed. I felt every spring and woke feeling punched.The couch was saggy and uncomfortable.The whole place looked like it could have done with a good scrub and clean. Mold in the grout in the shower. Mold around the water level in the toilet. Dirty skirting boards. Dirt marks on the doors. The list goes on.
