A lovely stay in a...

Liked: The location was beautiful we love a trip to Aughrim and this was our 3rd trip. The breakfast was very good.quality food and cooked to the way you like it. We stayed during the snow and ice but we got out for walks around the grounds and roads and used the facilities i.e the pool,sauna etc.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Lovely as always! Delicious food, comfortable rooms, excellent spa facilities and wonderful staff
Disliked: The main pool is a little bit cold

Disliked: It was very cold and to go to the spa you had to go through the yard in a gown

Liked: Beautiful location surrounded by natural beauty. Plenty of parking at the property.Staff friendly. Good food.
Disliked: Limited availability in onsite restaurant and staff advised us to order room service should we wish to get food from the restaurant. This was rectified after complaining a number of times with staff. Room decor dated and very shabby bathroom. Whole property requires updating. Cigarette burn mark on bath & hairs in bath on arrival. Had asked to speak to manager on arrival but staff dud not communicate concerns and we were left seeking communications with manager yet again. Manager was happy to discuss and offered reduction on price. However, overall very disappointing experience for the price.
