Pleasant hotel with pool driving...

Liked: Facilities were great. Pool was lovely. It was freezing when we went in Feb though. The whole hotel.

Overall good value for money,...

Liked: The room was clean and tidy. The staff were polite and chatty. The food was reasonably good. The location for the Zoo was excellent.
Disliked: Stairs to the first floor, no offer of help. (I probably would have refused it, but the offer would have been nice and might have helped someone less fit!)Fairly expensive food in the restaurant. The restaurant was also empty except for one other couple arriving after me. Not something you can necessarily control, but may be cause and effect?

Liked: It was ok, jacuzzi wasn't working, TV didn't work, curtains were dirty breakfast wasn't great, staff were lovely tho and gardens were pretty all in all it was ok wouldn't stay again tho.

Please you cancelled my paid...

Liked: You cancelled my already paid booking ,solely on the basis that the price I paid that was indicated on your website had changed. This is surely incompetence issues, which also resulted that I had to book another hotel , ridiculous . Totally unheared of. Please don't hike your prices and get the actual to reflect approximately.
Disliked: Same as above, poor services

Pleasant

Liked: Pleasant hotel with a great breakfast and leisure facilities. Nice garden. The restaurant food was lovely too. Shower had great pressure. Room comfortable. Only snag was no plug by the bed.

Overall disappointed with the hotel...

Liked: The hotel was a good location; with free on-site parking. The swimming pool and related facilities were excellent. The gardens were well kept and spacious
Disliked: The room was 'very average' and the man bed needed a new matress, the springs had gone. The room needed additional facilities such as tissues, toothpaste cups and more hangers/clothes space. The breakfast was quite basic with little choice.

Liked: Friendly staff. Big room, comfy bed, lovely pool. Dinner was amazing
Disliked: Hot tub wasn't working twice. Breakfast could have had more variety
