Liked: The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean
Disliked: There was a filming crew there which took away the use of the facilities such as the bar and restaurant. Whilst filming there was members of the crew on the doors telling you as and when you could enter and leave. We sat in the lobby waiting for the bar to open as we were told this would open in 45 minutes, we were told to do so we had to sit in silence. The bar had not opened and hour after 45 minutes was suggest so we took our custom elsewhere. Had i have been informed of this before booking i would not have booked to stay here as it restricted our trip and made us feel unwelcome.

Fairytale hotel

Liked: We love this hotel, we got married here. I love the character of this hotel and the staff are always so helpful.
Disliked: The ONLY downside to our visit this time (and it's minor) is that the ladies changing room for the pool has no heating so it was rather chilly.

Disliked: The hotel’s main areas were very cool. Including the dining area. The lounge was the same .

Disliked: 2 out of 3 reception staff weren’t that helpful or friendly. Pool changing rooms were cold and dated
