One night stop over

Liked: Good location, nice walk along canal, room was large, staff friendly. Parking good.
Disliked: Old fashioned.

Liked: Lovely quiet small hotel. A real gem not at all corporate brash and impersonal… Recommend same enjoy…

Liked: The staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was well presented and tasty. The TV room was snug.
Disliked: It was cold in all the communal areas.

This is our second year...

Liked: Room perfect for our stay with a dog.Staff very friendly and it was nice to be able to have our dog with us in the dining room.We dined in the evening the menu was a good choice and the food was lovely. Unfortunately we were unable to have breakfast as we had to leave at 6.30 am.We were competing at Crufts so it was a perfect place to stay with a short distance to the NEC.It was also nice to have the availability to walk the dog around the premises.
Disliked: Everything perfect for us.
