Liked: The Beds were comfortable
Disliked: It is 2024. I have stayed in the dingiest hotels across the planet, and even they have offered free wi-fi. The room was £280+ for 3 nights and you expect the guests to go to the reception area to get wi-fi?? To add insult to injury, it is £7 PER device. So me and my partner couldn't even enjoy wi-fi whilst I recovered from surgery. What's worse is that the area is almost a signal dead spot. So even my own network provider couldn't provide adequate coverage. Change this. If premier inn can do, so can this ''elite spa''My phone in the room also did not work. So if there was an emergency, I would not have been able to reach the reception. Our bedsheets weren't changed either.

We have been here twice...

Liked: very friendly, professional staff in all areas. Room was large, clean and met all expectations. Food was excellent, especially the steaks - we ate in the bar which was friendly and the service first class.
Disliked: Bathroom was a bit damp smelling. Took a while to get the room heating right, but then fine.
