Lovely Christmas evening out

Liked: Absolutely beautiful hotel
Disliked: Parking was rather steep

Cheaper and better than other...

Liked: Staff are welcoming. The lobby area is luxurious and not overly done in Xmas decorations. The rooms are very large and clean. This time i stayed in the room that had a new bathroom. There was a kind of strange smell so i think its the refurb/painting. The carpet isnt tatty looking some other hotels. Cheaper than other brand hotels and imo alot nicer
Disliked: Cant really think of anything. Maybe the room i had could of had a window as it was a securitydoor and i prefer fresh air in the room. But decor was clean

Great value for money

Liked: Nice large room, ideal for anyone.
Disliked: Car park felt a little dark and unsafe, was worried about that a bit.

Liked: spacious room friendly member of staff when checking out
Disliked: the room was not like the pictures and the bed was so uncomfortable the mattress definitely needs replacing overall room could do with updating and more attention to cleanliness needed

Liked: Lovely big room, huge bed, brand new mattress and bedding
Disliked: Rubbish shower! Barely a trickle, impossible to have a bath the water flow was so slow again barely a trickle

Friendly staff at check in....

Liked: Friendly staff at check in. A nice hotel and very conveniently situated. Breakfast was good too. Would stay there again.
Disliked: Nothing really.
