Really nice stay, went in...
Liked: Breakfast was really nice and had homemade stuff. Hot tub with the mountain view was beautiful. The lounge with pool table made a nice evening.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: What we liked most was the games room and bar. The way to enter was quick and organized, the rooms had everything you needed.
Disliked: The shower was clogged... and water was pooling around of the feet

Pleasant hotel in nice setting,...
Liked: The location was nice. Setting was nice - relaxing. They had a lot of free amenities like a pool table, hot tub (we didn't use it), and TV (unfortunately, if you don't get there first, others might be watching something you really don't want to listen to).The person who greeted us was friendly - gave us nice tips about where to eat dinner. The room rate is reasonable - if you get what you reserved. Continental breakfast was fine.
Disliked: We were not given the room we reserved and paid for which was for two queen beds. Instead we got two double beds. When I tried to rectify the situation (when we got back from dinner around 8:30 that evening) - no one was at the front desk. The note there said they were short staffed so call a number (I did - no one there), then they give a number to text (I did, never got a response), and finally (if all else fails?) - you can call the two owners. I did the first two things - no response. I didn't call the owners (the note seemed like they were saying it was a last resort). We had an uncomfortable night. I talked to one of the owners the next morning - he offered no apology about us being given the wrong room. At first, he said they only had double beds, then he said most of the rooms had two queens (?) - he said I should have called him and he would have changed our room. Apparently, it's my responsibility to track down someone to get the right reservation. All I'm saying is that an apology would have been appreciated. I left frustrated and unsatisfied. It honestly shouldn't be so hard to talk to someone at the inn about a problem.
