Very good
Liked: Room was clean and warm. Beds very comfortable. En suite was spotless. Breakfast was delicious, kept us going all day. Parking and access to and from the property was easy. Perfect location for visiting NEC.

Fantastic!
Liked: Excellent modern accommodation and great value for money. Spotlessly clean. Tasty breakfast - full English was fabulous. Fantastic location if you're visiting the NEC.
Disliked: It's unfair to say anything negative as the accommodation is well worthy of it's 9+ rating. However, that being, the single bed in room 4 was a bit short in length for me as I'm 6'3".
