Liked: Beautiful hotel very well located mid town on Broadway. Personal is very nice and ready to help. Rooms are large, clean and very well equipped.

Liked: View was amazing. Location was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room felt very clean.
Disliked: Beds were not super comfortable, bathroom door wouldn’t close which is awkward and shower door is unlevel so also opens no matter how often you try to close it. The water didn’t get past just warm which was disappointing after running the marathon. The cost for the room for two nights was more than entire weeklong vacations I’ve taken so that was very painful for me.

Liked: Great location, easy walking distance to midtown manhattan sights, and great to have a subway station on the corner. Staff were very friendly and the room was well cleaned every day. Great facilities in the room
Disliked: There was some noise on the first night of our stay as a neighbouring bar were holding an event for Halloween, but nothing some ear plugs couldnt resolve
