Broadway Plaza Hotel, New York City

Highly recommend this hotel!

Liked: The hotel room was small but that was to be expected since hotels in manhattan are in this price range are small. However it was very clean and it was walking distance to everything and we were very happy with it. The view from our balcony was amazing. The bathroom was gorgeous and loved the look of the shower. The water pressure wasn’t great which hopefully they can fix. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and professional. Some of the staff members I want to say thank you to are Gaston, Joaquin, Cris, and Tylor. I hope to stay there again soon!

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was very comfortable and clean with a beautiful view of the Empire State Building. Walkable to many sites and also multiple subway stations, which made getting around very easy. Neighborhood is a little trendy/touristy, but also centrally located and felt very safe and laid back.
Disliked: Some little details were missed, like no body wash in our shower or a fan being taken out of our room at one point while we were out. Still had a great stay, but given the price point I was surprised by these details.

Liked: Brilliant locate very close to the flatiron building.Easy walk to a lot of the tourist attractions and the area felt safe.Our room was very cleanand the staff were friendly

Cozy qnd clean hotel in...

Liked: You seriously cannot beat this location! It’s very close to the R/W/N line and an 8 minute walk to the 1 line. There is great quick counter service food as well as nice bars and sit down restaurants all within the block. We had views of the Empire State Building right out of our window. The staff was exceptional. The room was very spacious for Manhattan and very clean! I would recommend this place and will definitely stay here for my future trips to NY!
Disliked: There aren’t a lot of facilities on the property, but we knew that prior to booking. If you’re looking for somewhere with a gym, room service, a bar, etc… this is not the place for you. We, however, just wanted a cozy, clean place in a great location to rest our heads and that is exactly what we got.

Liked: The location was excellent - also a very comfortable, clean and spacious bedroom and bathroom.

Excellent value for money in...

Liked: The rooms here were quite large for NYC and mine had an excellent view of the Empire State Building. Each room came with a coffee pod machine, tea and water, which were provided at no charge and refreshed daily.The staff were excellent
Disliked: There was a staff room on my floor which meant it was quite noisy early in the day and a guest also had a big dog which they left in their room and would get very agitated at this so barking constantly. I note this is on the dog owner, but maybe there should be some conditions about leaving a dog in the room on their own
