Location, Location, Location!!!

Liked: Helpful staff and the room has been recently renovated to a high standard
Disliked: Lift not working when arrived and some suggestion I'd walk from 7 to 12. All real ed but likely could have managed differently.

Very nice Hotel

Liked: Fresh water, coffee and towels every day in our room. Very friendly staff, calm, comfy bed. But the best: incredible position in the middle of manhattan, nearly everything we wanted to see was just a quick walk away. We didn't want a place with a breakfast buffet as NY is best known for its Delis and bagel cafes, so this was perfect.
Disliked: No way to open the Windows for some fresh air, only AC air in the room. (As per usual with big buildings, not their fault, I get it)

Liked: Great location and convenient. Staff in reception were friendly. Nice view.
Disliked: Very noisy on the 11th floor, rooms weren’t cleaned very well and the bathroom had a bad smell (this seemed to only be in the first room I was in as I changed to another that was fine)
