Disliked: Cleanness could be better, carpets and some of the facilities need to be replaced, painted or refurbished (old carpets, curtains etc)

Liked: Great location but the hotel needs some TLC. It was great just to go to the beach and walk around that part of Miami Beach.

Liked: Great location, lovely staff, free beach towels, pool a bit tired as were the rooms and could be a bit noisy. Lift was very very slow.

Liked: DO NOT STAY HERE!! THE PICTURES ARE NOT OF THIS HOTEL. WE HAD ROACHES IN OUR ROOM. THE NIGHT STAFF REFUSED TO HELP US. HE TOLD US THE WE HAD TO TALK TO THE MANAGER IN THE MORNING. THEY HAVE NO PARKING. THERE IS CONSTRUCTION EVERYWHERE AROUND THE PROPERTY. WE CHECK OUT THE NEXT DAY. WE ARE STILL CURRENTLY FIGHTING FOR A REFUND.
