Upon arrival, we found our room in a horrible state—barely any lighting, a dirty and questionable carpet, an inadequate bed size, and a completely broken air conditioning unit that made an unbearable noise. Sleeping in these conditions was impossible.But the worst part? The staff’s attitude. When we reported these issues at the front desk, we were met with a rude, insulting, and completely unprofessional receptionist. Not only did he refuse to refund our night, but he also refused to check us out and even went as far as saying he wanted to "educate us," calling us "idiots." The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect was unbelievable.To make things even worse, our deposit was never refunded, despite multiple follow-ups with the hotel. Even Booking.com was powerless against their dishonesty. This place blatantly keeps customers' money without justification—a total scam!Additionally, major construction is happening right in front of the hotel, making access noisy and inconvenient—something they fail to mention when booking. As for the advertised "parking," it turns out to be a public and paid parking lot, offering no real convenience for guests.And let’s not forget the elevator, which was in a disastrous state—taking almost a full minute just to go up one floor! A clear sign of poor maintenance and neglect.Terrible customer service, filthy rooms, rude staff, noisy construction, a broken elevator, and misleading information—avoid this hotel at all costs. If management doesn’t take responsibility soon, I’ll make sure this experience is shared across all review platforms.
