Disliked: Room was grubby and felt dirty.Walls were dirty with marks everywhere. In desperate need of a clean up and paint job.

Disliked: We didn't like that we booked 9 months in advance and were provided a room like we had just booked last minute. We didn't like that we had to park on the street. The first in gets a park should be first people to book not first people that arrive on the day. Really a car park should be provided for each room. a $100 a night motel even gives you a car park. The room faced the Casino and gold coast highway, it was very noisy. The area the tv was on was incredibly dusty. Doubt it had ever been wiped over. When i raised these issues, i have not had a response. Terrible customer service.

Disliked: Where do I start!!!!! Firstly I made my booking using mobile phone which indicated a discount by using a mobile phone to book the accommodation the price was going to to $700 or so so but I was charged the full amount of $902! Accommodation itself was nothing short of horrible! Besides the cockroaches running around it was dirty, the hot water in the shower was intermittent of hot then cold! The mattress was 2 single mattress put together to make a double bed so there was a gap down the middle of the bed and the mattress was horrible! The blanket was dirty with stains and burn marks on it, the pillows need to be thrown in the bin! If we were wanting fresh towels this was an added cost ( what a joke ) overall experience was disgusting and will never return! It f it was possible to get a refund and if I could have found an alternative accommodation I would have left ASAP! Shame on booking.com! I tried to contact you via phone call and couldn’t find any number to contact you on’ that alone tells me a lot.
