Excellent for a central Bath...
Liked: Very central and room 4 was quiet and two chairs.
Disliked: Early evening there were loud plumbing noises (we assume from an adjoining room) and of course the stairs but we appreciate there is nothing can be done and they are well lit and a good stair rail.Breakfast was a bit sparse with only 1/2 a tomato having asked for tomato and bacon.

One of the best breakfasts...
Liked: I stayed in room 1 which was decorated quite beautifully. The large windows looked over a relatively busy street but allowed lots of sunlight in.
Disliked: The only slight negative (and this is being quite picky) is that the shower needed a little maintenance. Needed a strong hand to be able to turn the the temperature control. I stayed in one of the rooms previously and absolutely loved the retro radio playing classic FM, was slightly disappointed that it wasn’t a feature in this room.

Very pleasant
Liked: Great location , staff and decor.
Disliked: Excessive noise from outside the building. The establishment was not double glazed which enhanced the levels of noise heard, a good example glass bins being emptied late at night and early mornings

Gorgeous room and would have...
Liked: The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Lots of room to walk around. Big comfy bed. En Suite was a decent size and had a good shower. Mini fridge with a welcome drink included. When we asked for an iron and ironing board they were provided quickly and we had lots of space to set them up. Lovely soaps etc. included in the bathroom and sustainability conscious. Breakfast was also lovely.
Disliked: The main complaint was the kebab shop just below our window which attracted a constant stream of loud drunks. Given the windows of the building were old wooden sash windows and the kebab shop didn't close until 3am - the whole experience made it difficult to sleep. Other than that the only thing I could fault was the paint peeling and falling from the ceiling above the shower. The room was a little dark also - made putting on my make up more difficult.
