Style over substance

Liked: The Townhouse is in a great location in a nice part of the town, easy walking distance everywhere. It is nicely decorated with a pub and cafe downstairs. Nice touch having a welcome drink from the pub downstairs, but only select drinks.
Disliked: Our room looked very nice on first glance but it was in desperate need of maintenance - there were lots of very visible areas of staining, scrapes etc but the toilet seat was broken (cracked rim) and the bathroom ceiling paint was peeling off which you don’t expect for a room over £200 a night. It doesn’t cost much to replace a toilet seat.

Comfortable and good value stay...

Liked: Quaint boutique hotel in central Bath close to main attractions. Comfortable and good facilities .
Disliked: Be mindful that on a weekend can be a little noisy due to location but that shouldn’t deter anyone staying. What do you expect from an excellent location.

A little gem in Central...

Liked: Great location, really lovely room and staff were very welcoming. There is a main road next to the property so some traffic noise can be heard
