Great location but disappointing room...

Liked: Fantastic location.
Disliked: Very small rooms despite paying for large. Breakfast service was incredibly slow and average at best.

Overall good experience but fine...

Liked: Central location. Nice touch adding complementary cafetière & Prosecco to the room.
Disliked: Large water stain & cracking paint in the bathroom, noise levels at night - seemed a bit too much to charge per night given the above.

Excellent location!

Liked: Very convenient central location in Bath but surprisingly quiet at night. Lovely comfortable room and good facilities. Room was on the third floor which might be an issue for some as there was no lift. I would certainly consider staying here again.
Disliked: I had to leave early and breakfast didn’t start until 7.30 so I missed it. What a shame as the menu looked good. Room was mid range price but this was to be expected for such a central location.
