Very old, soft, squeaky mattress on flat boarding providing no support or comfort. Stained sheets. Spartan room at London prices. Stayed at many chained hotels with more comfort and less cost.

Liked: Very comfortable bed, spacious, clean room. Lovely, friendly reception staff
Disliked: Shower could be improved. No air con which is fine but impossible to sleep with a very loud portable fan. Breakfast lacking quite a bit. Needs to better signposted. Staff hanging around chatting (chatting is fine but not when guests need attending to). Asked for napkins, was told some would be brought and that never happened. Just small things but they do add up

Liked: Breakfast was very good room was clean when I got there apart from a funny smell coming from the room..which was fine once I used room freshener.
Disliked: Didn't like the way you had to request that the room be cleaned as this should be automatic. Resulted notvhaving a clean room for 2 days.

Disliked: As soon we entered the room smells like someone was smoking even though it’s non smoking room, you can’t sleep with open windows was lots of noise coming from outside. Breakfast wasn’t nice either, lots of dirty tables, staff was punching each other for fun in the kp aria door was open you could see them. Aria with yogurt was empty no one was bothered them to restock. Location is great but for this amount money could be a little bit better.
