Very old, soft, squeaky mattress on flat boarding providing no support or comfort. Stained sheets. Spartan room at London prices. Stayed at many chained hotels with more comfort and less cost.

Disliked: Room needed some attention as there was black mould around the window

Liked: Room nice, spacious and clean, comfortable bed, lady at the reception made utmost so we get the best deal.
Disliked: The only thing was the heater that went off at night and the room instantly became very cold, it was programmed to switch off at night and despite my efforts I didn’t manage to switch it on when I got up couple of times early in the morning due to the cold temperature.
