Very old, soft, squeaky mattress on flat boarding providing no support or comfort. Stained sheets. Spartan room at London prices. Stayed at many chained hotels with more comfort and less cost.

Liked: It was kept very clean, the bed was nice and comfortable and it was in a great location. Instructions upon arrival were easy to follow.
Disliked: I just feel like there could’ve been some bottled water accessible… but that’s just my personal preference!

Brighton City Center!

Liked: The location of Britannia hotel was in the heart of Brighton, very close to everything! We were given a handicap room which was very spacious.
Disliked: The breakfast didn't have a lot of options and there weren't enough staff - only 2 chefs working trying to serve about 30 guests. The buffet table was constantly empty and when one food gets filled for one tray, the other tray was empty, so everyone was just waiting. As we also do not eat meat or dairy, there was nothing for us to have but coffee.
