Liked: Lovely building and gardens with nice facilities
Disliked: The sauna and steam room were under maintenance when we went, which was a shameA lot of the staff weren't helpful and service was quite slowThe pillows were very hard and they didn't have softer ones when u asked at reception

Perfect location for our meeting...

Liked: Room was ok, and clean. Bathroom and hot water excellent.
Disliked: Bed set up and TV - 2 remotes for the TV but neither worked so couldnt hear or change channels. Bed sheets and duvet for a double did not fit over the twin beds put together
