Your websites suggests the hotel to be of a far higher standard than it is. It's decor is tired with peeling wall paper. The hot water is questionable as to whether you get any or not. The overall room temperature is unbearably hot and the air conditioning did not work. Overall an incredibly disappointing hotel which was meant to be a special occasion. We would not stay here again.

Disliked: The room temperature was 28.3 degrees from the moment we entered the room! It was unbearable. Reception provided one fan which quite frankly was ineffective. Neither my sister or I slept due to this hideous heat. We also had a problem with the hot water - I had a freezing shower which started to warm up just as I got out.

Disliked: Sometimes the lifts took long to arrive and also the room wasn't clean or tidied up after each day use and I wasn't explained that I had to report it to be cleaned each time

Disliked: The room was large, the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows, the bathroom was very warm, spacious and had a comfortable tub. The body cream smelled good. I ordered food in the room and they were very fast, kind and the food was delicious. I ordered pasta bolognese, salmon with vegetables and garlic bread. Everything was absolutely delicious. I didn't hear any noise during my stay.

Liked: My visit to see my sick only Forbes uncle ln a nursing home in Lewisham London. I was very happy to see him. Your hotel was very nice well dress for the season. Thank again for your service

Liked: The location is great and the price is very fair. The room is big and the staff were absolutely fabulous.
Disliked: The carpet at the bathroom door is very damp and the floor beneth it is rotting. The smell of mould is very intense while the windows can't be opened. Very unhealthy, they must treat the floor.There is no mini fridge in the bedroom for food and drinks.
