Liked: Great value, lovely room. Comfortable bed, coffee maker, fridge, iron etc
Disliked: Bathroom a bit dated but clean

Liked: It was in a very central location and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. Reception staff were very helpful

Liked: It was bad not clean at all reception wasent clean people were hanging at front door make hotel look bad at the start

Disliked: The hotel itself is needing upgraded. The communal areas are badly needing a refresh.

Horrible experience that I would...

Disliked: Staff were extremely rude.The room was not properly cleaned with an awful smell, blood on the walls and grime on the head board. Not convinced the sheets were washed. When we tried to get a refund and leave, all we got was attitude.

Disliked: The staff coming to the room to say keep the music down was not even loud and was on the 10th floor
