Horrible experience

Liked: Only thing I was happy with was been able to check in earlier than 3pm because I had asked prior to my arrival.
Disliked: Pillows were as cheap as anything, the smell of weed could be smelt throughout stairwell, lifts and corridors. Broken TV remotes held together by duck tape. Room hadn't been cleaned properly as there was a pair of sock left under the bed which had been sat there god knows how long. Couldn't switch the heating off, wall panel didn't work and there was no switch at the wall for radiator.

Liked: It was a lovely hotel with lovely staff. Very affordable price and staff were very helpful letting us leave our bags there until our bus
Disliked: Nothing was perfect

Liked: Made to feel special as it was a special night for me and partner. Upgraded room as small touch
Disliked: Never had a bad stay and have stayed at hotel 3 or 4 time in last year. Really good staff and great value. I'll Always return again
