Disliked: The bathroom needs to be refurbished. It is very tired.

Disliked: Room enteries from staff. hotel is under renovation and even the staff said shouldn't even be open yet. fire alarms going off all night. room freezing. premium paid internet not working. Sell cans of beer, carpets all ripped in foyer and restaurant not even functioning. Check in was supposed to be 3pm. couldn't check in till 4. was told the bar opens at 4pm, didn't open till 7pm absolutely joke

Liked: The friendly service when i arrived and the helpfulness.
Disliked: The room is not completed and lots of issues with revamp. At breakfast the Chef just sits in a chair on his phone like he was on a yacht. no cups for coffee, no plates for the food. area was a mess with dirty plates and cups every where well staff just sat speaking to chef about the pictures of his dog. Bed not comfortable at all. revamps are good for any hotel however you might need to revamp the staff too.
