Liked: Conveniently positioned travelling from Newcastle Airport.
Disliked: Very dated and old fashioned. Would definitely benefit from a refurbishment. The poor bar tender was struggling to cope as he was on his own and it was very busy. More bar staff would have been better.

Liked: The location is excellent - just a few minutes walk to the airport.We enjoyed the happy hour in the bar.
Disliked: The room was small and it was very dated, but OK for just 1 night.The pillows were hard and uncomfortable.The choice of food was very limited, so we ate elsewhere.

Disliked: Room was messy, next to elevator and hence verry noisy.We weren't allowed to use the restaurant, because they had booked it for a wedding. Bar menu was sparse, food was terrible.Staff were surly.This was an expensive hotel, very poor value!
