Exceptional

Liked: The staff was very professional and courteous and was always on hand if you have a query.
Disliked: Love that the room was very clean and comfortable and the temperature just right highly recommended

Disliked: Posters, tvs showing signs about abusing staff etc and security guards made us think they have dangerous guests.

Terrible and unpleasant

Liked: The room was nice, big tv, comfy bed and balcony.
Disliked: The male who checked me in would not allow me to have the room key was my partner did not have id. He then charged my additional £15 so that my partner would be able to stay with me. Ruined what should have been a lovely experience. I've never heard sooo much rubbish in my life, honestly, was ridiculous
