Disliked: The beds were extremely uncomfortable, staff really unaccommodating. Bath needed for one year old but there was no way I was putting her in it as it was disgusting. WiFi didn’t work. Paid £21 for breakfast for one morning, the coffee machine wasn’t working and they couldn’t find the high chair. Asked staff for some help with busses to the zoo and they told me to google it. Would never go back to this chain of hotels again.

Liked: Location was ok.
Disliked: Okay I got the without window room but I expected some ventilation. Room was smelling a lot of mold because its normal without ventilation it was like a warehouse. They didn’t clean the room daily as well and beds were very uncomfortable.
