Hotel is 5 minute walk from Liverpool Central and Lime Street. It's in the heart of the city with loads going on and fantastic shopping centres. 2 bars and a restaurant on site and staff very welcoming, friendly and efficient.

Liked: Fantastic location right in the heart of the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but clean and comfy, plus on site bars and restaurants. Lots going on at the hotel but very efficient.
Disliked: No bad points.

Waste of money

Liked: It was clean and large
Disliked: It had a creepy vibe and we constantly felt like we were being watched, there was sex workers in the building and we even seen someone held at knifepoint. We felt so unsafe that we actually checked out early and stayed elsewhere. Reception staff were also very rude to my girlfriend when she went to get the room card as I’d checked in online and was at work.

Comfortable and ideal

Liked: The property location is amazing you walk out of theHotel and into the heart of Liverpool, 2 minute walk from Train st Staff where friendly and welcoming
Disliked: The first room we where given was not nice, the bathroom was dirty and all marked, the room was tiny and had nowhere to put clothes, i spoke to reception and was given a new room. The room was clean and bathroom but very outdated compared to the entrance of the hotel

Staff were very courteous, friendly...

Liked: Elegant looking hotel with very nice features.
Disliked: Room 677 is very tired looking, bathroom especially dated and poorly maintained.Bed headboard was very loose I had wedge a bed cover behind as it banged on the wall when I moved in the bed.

Ordinary. Not worth writing home...

Liked: The location is ideal and the front of house staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was far too warm, unable to turn radiator off and the window wouldn't open to let air in so the room is constantly warm and stuffy.
