Hotel is 5 minute walk from Liverpool Central and Lime Street. It's in the heart of the city with loads going on and fantastic shopping centres. 2 bars and a restaurant on site and staff very welcoming, friendly and efficient.

Liked: Fantastic location right in the heart of the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but clean and comfy, plus on site bars and restaurants. Lots going on at the hotel but very efficient.
Disliked: No bad points.

Disappointing! This hotel deserves to...

Liked: The best thing about this hotel is the location!
Disliked: There were problems with the water supply most of our visit so having a shower was an experience! Then part of the ceiling in reception fell down so front entrance had to be closed and we had to walk up Brownlow Hill to a side entrance then through different corridors and rooms ! The lifts were out of order so had to walk up to the fourth floor we are all in our 80,s and one of us has heart problems so this was not good! In the evening the entertainment ( one singer) who was very good was set up in a makeshift bar which was freezing! Your staff do there best and were very helpful but come on management some heaters and maybe even a free drink would have been something!

Liked: The location is great
Disliked: When I arrived there was no running water for 3 hours the following day I arrived back to the hotel to see the reception roof had a collapsed then on my final night the fire alarm kept going off!

Disliked: Major problems no water in room, also reception ceiling fell down.poor help from staff.lack of help.

Disliked: It’s run down to the point where I wasn’t sure if it was a joke hotel - it was set up as though it was falling to pieces.In my room was a running tap and as annoying as that was I had nobody to ask about it - room 352 by the way.Two fire alarms went off but no process or protocolI did not enjoy the stay

Liked: Apart from the location nothing.
Disliked: Was a tired dirty room which cost £269 for one night. Massively over priced and the shower had brown water coming out of it.

Liked: This is a lovely hotel but very dated and uncomfortable beds, and very very overpriced Very disappointed
Disliked: Very dated, beds really lumpy and mattress dipped in the middle, very very overpriced

Great location but very expensive...

Liked: Central location.
Disliked: Staff at check in very slow. Beds not comfortable at all very hard and very small double bed. Only one very flat pillow per person. Very expensive for quality.

Close to the Station and...

Liked: close to the city centre and cheap at the location.
Disliked: didn't have enough power sockets to charge the phones
