Hotel is 5 minute walk from Liverpool Central and Lime Street. It's in the heart of the city with loads going on and fantastic shopping centres. 2 bars and a restaurant on site and staff very welcoming, friendly and efficient.

Liked: Fantastic location right in the heart of the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but clean and comfy, plus on site bars and restaurants. Lots going on at the hotel but very efficient.

Disliked: Stayed 3 nights rooms didn't get clean once left with no towels and bathroom was filthy

Liked: Location was excellent and common areas were very good.
Disliked: The room had only one bedside lamp, no main light. Stayed for 3 nights. Housekeeping did not visit once. Had to buy our own toilet paper as only two rolls were provided for two adults for 3 nights. Bins were not emptied, towels not replaced. Fire alarm went off at 4am. At checkout the staff didn’t even reference it or asked us how was our stay. Location of hotel is the only positive thing I can say.
