Disliked: The lack of facilities : toilets where we take our breakfast, coffee machine problem (the staff was helpful to fix it) and the milk tasted bad (the staff gave us a new bottle).

Liked: It's a very old building, but remarkably maintained. So, don't expect things you would find at more current hotels. Very good decor (a lot of Banksy art) and sufficiently sized rooms. The staff is exceptional, and the breakfast is a collection of delicious local foods.
Disliked: Rooms and bathrooms are a little outdated. Elevator is tiny, as with many hotels of this age. Location is sufficient for travel to various locations in Grenoble, but a little dangerous at night.
