Pleasant

Liked: Clean. Recently updated, very tastefully done. Fridge (very small but better than none) in room a real plus and a surprise.
Disliked: No car parking. A major disadvantage if loaded up for a ferry.

Great for a one night stay

Liked: Easy parking.Very friendly receptionist. Great location for our needs. Basic room but warm, clean and very quiet. Good hot shower with plenty of towels.
Disliked: Only 1 sachet of coffee, 1 sugar, 1 earl grey and 1 green teabag in the room. Maybe we should have asked for more, but they sell a good coffee at the reception.

OK stay next to Glaz Arena.

Liked: The area was a quite one with green spaces and the room had all one would need for a short stay. They allowed early check-in as we arrived early on that day. It is located very close to Chronobus bus line, a direct line from the airport. I booked it as I had an event next to Glaz arena.
Disliked: The receptionist who welcomed us could have been more polite and nicer. He was very cold to all the guests and especially to those with darker skin, even the native French ones. The bus line, connecting to the city stops serving by around midnight.
