Liked: Easy to find and was able to ask for a ground floor room, staff were very professional and helpful
Disliked: When I stayed there before the shower was very small, but this time I had a disabled shower and lots of room, but the water went everywhere, difficult to control the shower head as it wouldn’t adjust, not broken just bad design.
