Liked: The facilities in the bedroom and bathroom were extremely good. Recently renovated, the facilities were fresh and clean. The positioning of sockets and mirrors was excellent. The lighting for drying hair and applying makeup was excellent.
Disliked: We were disappointed that when we took our breakfast, certain dishes had not been replenished. As we were finishing our breakfast fresh bread was brought into the restaurant. The choice is extensive and good to see that local producers are being supported

Liked: The location is perfect. Just 10-15mins walk from the Airport. The tram also stops right at the hotel.

Disliked: We didn’t have breakfast but we were disappointed we were unable to have a hot drink after arriving at 9.30pm. Only ONE coffee pod and sugar left in the room. No alternative if you couldn’t drink coffee.

One stop on the tram...

Liked: The hotel is very convenient for the airport and was perfectly fine for one night. The room & bathroom were clean, comfortable and modern.
Disliked: The main entrance/lobby to the hotel looks very tatty, tired and dated. This should be refreshed as it is the first thing you see as you enter the hotel and it does not give a good first impression. The actual hotel rooms have clearly been recently updated, so hopefully the lobby will soon follow.The towels in our room were very thin, old, worn out and grey in colour, which was disappointing. There was a coffee machine, but no creamer or milk provided. The room is very small, but fine for one night.
