Brilliant stay at the Marriott; room spacious; clean and comfortable; good breakfast and staff very professional;we ate supper in the Miller and Carter which was great, and walked up to the venue of the show which was really close.

Disliked: None.

Liked: the room was excellent apart from a generator noise
Disliked: the breakfast buffet was not refreshed when we arrived and some of the food was cold

Liked: The hotel was lovely and clean. The room was nice and cool because of the air con and the bed was super comfortable.
Disliked: The only thing I would complain about is the parking, it wasn’t very well signposted that hotel guests won’t need to pay for parking? I didn’t realise I had parking included in my stay so I paid an extra £35 as I was going to be there for 24hours. That might just be me not reading things properly but I panicked.

Liked: It was a good sized room. Bed comfy. Great location. Clean.
Disliked: Cold shower unfortunately in the morning and no time to wait for an engineer. The service in the restaurant the evening before wasn’t good enough for the price.

Beautiful hotel with historic elements,...

Liked: Beautifully refurbished building in a great part of town - everything walkable or on good bus routes. Lots of leisure areas to hang out and a great steak restaurant franchise - highly recommend. The gym was really well equipped. Room size was excellent and comfy enough bed.
Disliked: No coffee machine in the room, basic kettle and instant tea/coffee; music very loud in the bar and they don't provide table service so tables are not cleaned and cleared as a priority
