Disliked: Value for money for the price breakfast isn’t included in price, continental placed on bar doesn’t showcase what there is vey well-also the continental is very tiny - full English is small for the money Also the £100 return deposit on arrival per room we didn’t know about until check in although we got it back when checking out this didn’t arrive back into account for a few days,

Nice location, friendly staff but...

Liked: Very helpful and polite staff couldn't be more accomodating.
Disliked: We were upgraded upon arrival which was fantastic however our room smelt very badly of damp, we complained and were moved to a much nicer room. The room however was extremely cold and the air conditioning unit (even when switched off) made a ticking noise throughout the night which kept me awake every hour.We also went down to use the spa facilities which are not worth the £10 per hour charge! the spa itself is tiny! there were cups all around the jacuzzi and the loungers were wet and messy. I cannot see how this hotel can justify charging £10 per person for entry. I have stayed other hotels with spa facilities where there isn't a charge and they have been much bigger and cleaner.

Liked: all of it. the bed was so nice, the shower was big. the staff were fantastic and the breakfast was delicious.
