Liked: Myself and my daughter got a room upgrade- we were so spoilt it was incredible. All the staff friendly and our receptionist went above and beyond. Appreciated the discount off our parking.

Disliked: We had 2 rooms, 2couples, 1 room was changed, we stayed in our room and whilst Friday night was not a issue, the Saturday night was, guessing the air conditioning units for the building where the reason for non stop humming noise, really poor sleepquality on the 2nd night

Superb

Liked: Excellent breakfast. Lovely big comfy bed and great facilities. Nespresso machine and tea making facilities. Lovely big shower.
Disliked: The carpets were a bit dirty in the hallways. Everything else was well decorated and really clean, so they stood out a bit.

Unpleasant

Liked: Rude welcome dirty entrance we didn’t sleep all night due to the outside noise and no air conditioning wasn’t working. Linen was old and worn whole experience was not what we expected and when we complained they gave us refund on the night we didn’t stay there and apology was flippant. The complete opposite to the Harbour Hotel in Southampton
