Disliked: Stained carpet, stained towels, sticky residue on nightstand, mold in bathroom, cracks in walls that had been half repaired

Liked: Close to Bristol areas, easy to deal with.
Disliked: Smelled like an old lady wet herself going down the hallway, there was no soap or shampoo, lightbulbs burned out, noisy building at night.

Disappointing

Liked: We booked a king suite, a room we’ve stayed in before, which has a large bath (I am 6 foot 4), a smart-tv you can stream on, and a fireplace.
Disliked: Within moments of entering the room,we discovered ash on the TV stand, despite the room being nonsmoking. Instead of cleaning the small amount of ash, we were moved to a room with no fireplace, a TV that only had cable so we couldn’t stream, and a bath half the size, that had a 15 min timer on the jets and ceiling light. You couldn’t enjoy a longer bath without losing your jets, your light, or both. If we’d known we’d be moved for such a small bit of ash, we’d have cleaned it up ourselves. Despite the downgraded room, our bill was not adjusted in anyway. We enjoy the location, but this stay was disappointing.
