Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Spa, sauna and poolside service was all out of order when we arrived and the hour the duration of our stay. Pool was freezing too. Room wasn’t as clean as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. We found some medication scattered on the floor. Management offered us a food voucher but overall pretty unhappy with our stay. We also had to request simple things like bath robes.

Liked: Our room was amazing
Disliked: Our room wasn’t ready when they told us it was, and upon leaving they couldn’t locate a dress that they had taken to our room the day before but it ended up being in the wrong room it took them over an hour to locate my dress, which made us late for another engagement.
