In need of some TLC.

Liked: Not a lot.
Disliked: Booked this accommodation due to having an on-site restaurant and a shuttle to the airport. Couldn’t book a table at the hotel restaurant online, so messaged them for a booking three days before arrival. They did not reply. On arrival we found the restaurant was closed. On the morning of departure we were told the shuttle was not operating as the driver was away!

Liked: This hotel might be a hidden gem! Easy access to Gabba by car, and Caloundra. Rooms are large and well maintained. The carpets might get replaced soon. Interconnected rooms 41-40. Great space and all retail / food options easy access on Sandgate Rd . Wonderful!
Disliked: Everything was great.

Liked: It was close to airport which is what we wanted after spending time on the gold coast. The pool was great for the kids. The room was a decent size for a family of 5, good kitchen utensils. Close to some food shops which was handy. Staff were friendly and were generous with kitchen products and pool towels which we found other places weren't.
Disliked: The room balcony was unable to be enjoyed as the fan for heat pump was out there and it was too HOT to sit there so wasn't used apart from drying togs (which was handy)The floor in the room was dirty, black feet from walking barefoot. Apart from those two things it was a good place to stay for 2 nights, wouldn't stay any longer in the room we had... perhaps if we were on ground level we may have found it better...
