Enjoyed chatting with staff, eating...

Liked: City location could not get better. The room was very well serviced and facilities were very good. Very friendly and efficient staff - nothing was too much trouble.
Disliked: The ending of an era of great service a an always welcoming place to stay with the best hospitality staff throughout.

Extremely professional/dedicated staff made everything...

Liked: Service impeccable as always. No glitches with anything to do with check-in, check-out, booking cabs, food and drinks service at bar and in room. Room facilities and servicing also very good. Extra praise to staff who dealt with the end of an era and their own employment uncertainty with dignity, positivity and professionalism.
Disliked: the fact that the Brisbane Hilton is soon to no longer exist. This means a 15 year tradition of staying with Hilton Brisbane can no longer be continued
