Dissapointing and just no worth...

Disliked: The aircon could not be adjusted and it was set to 24 degrees automatically, it was cold as it is. The Tv was not working properly ( no picture). The stuff was undertrained , ( they had problems finding me for some reason) I asked for a late check out and for the first time i was refused. i had to buy a meal on the fifth floor in order to get a drink ( new ridiculous rules). The kitchen had only ONE hot water system and NO kettles. The 5th floor was closed at 12 am ( what if someone needs the kitchen?) There were PRIDE flags everywhere ( why???!?) All in all i have stayed a YHA multiple times ,,,And i am very disappointed.... in Sydney ( the most expensive city in Australia ) i paid the exact same money for a motel in the center and i had a private bathroom and a fridge and a working aircon and they let me check out 2 hours later without ANY problems
