Disliked: Being on the top floor!

Liked: Good location and well sized room.
Disliked: No elevator makes large luggage slightly annoying especially as staff weren’t there to help me with luggage.

Liked: Room was comfortable and as pictured however the customer service left a lot to be desired.
Disliked: Customer service was not very good.

You get what you pay...

Liked: It was inexpensive and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Christmas tree light decoration outside of the window was nice from the outside but was kept on all night and made the room bright for sleeping. The bathroom door didn't close, making privacy an issue, and the toilet area looked in the middle of renovations with exposed plywood. Toiletries consisted of an inch of handsoap. The location was a bit of a hike to everything. It was fine for a few nights for the price.
