Liked: Great location, easy to access and nicely appointed simple room

A little different than what...

Liked: The cleaner was very helpful, we didn't realise there would not be a reception when we arrived and were very confused as we hadn't received the door code but she explained everything and had our room cleaned early
Disliked: It wasn't quite what we expected, the online page made it seem more like a bed and breakfast, but breakfast was actually just a box of pastries each delivered and left outside our door. They were quite tasty, and more than enough for us to eat, at least As there was no reception and the cleaners finish work at 2pm, there was nowhere to leave our suitcase either during our final day and so we have had to carry a suitcase around with us all day long until our train at 7pm on a rainy day

Liked: Big, comfy bed. Easy access.
Disliked: Couldn't close the blind.

Clean very well kept place

Liked: Clean linen, clean toilet
Disliked: Nothing much but the bed was a bit hard but I later saw that the hard part was when the two beds had been joined to make it a double bed. But this didn’t affect me much.

Clean & Comfy Bargain

Liked: A pleasant surprise - for the budget, in Brighton - this is a find (shh!) The room was clean, the beds were comfy, we were at the back of the building which was nice and quiet, even with the window open for fresh air. I expected it to be 2 beds squeezed in tight - but there was more space than I expected too.All communication was efficient and friendly including arranging parking permits. Fab café (The Egg and Spoon) just over the road for breakfast (I had the Ham Hock Hash ... delicious
Disliked: There was a faint 'drainy' smell in the shower room- but in an old building that's not the biggest surprise. It didn't permeate into the room. Definitely not something to put me off staying again.
