Fab location and comfortable bed
Liked: Super location, very clean and just what we needed
Disliked: We booked a room with 2 Singles or extra large bed and only had a double although the site said we had a free upgrade to a superior room. However this didn’t spoil the stay and the room was very clean.

not a hotel, a bedsit...
Disliked: this is the kind of hotel where there is no-one on site, and you let yourself in and out via a key from the key safe and a code. My room was up three flights of stairs, The lock didn't work, I tried every which way, standing on a tiny step up in the attic. I called for help, the very nice voice on the other end told me that this was a tricky lock - and there was no one free to help. In the end I found a way to make the lock and key work. The room was a converted attic with one sky light. It was more like a student bedsit than a hotel room. This is probably a great place if you want an apartment, but there is no way of cooking etc, and no breakfast, so to call itself a hotel is a bit much. I was very cross that I didn't spend a couple of pounds more for a real hotel, and also that I failed to check out reviews and the type of place it was. Won't make the same mistake again.

Good value for money
Liked: Brighton inn is always accommodating when I book it (mostly last minute). Their contact lines are superb as they’re easy to get through to and their service is amazing. Good value for money. Clean rooms and heated bathroom floors. Very secure as well.

Liked: I left scotland around 10.30 am , i stopped my car and on my phone went on to booking.com and booked the brighton guest house. I arrived at 8.30pm . The guest house was closed , i went on line and called the number on their site and there was no answer. I called about 6 times and left a couple of messages. Nobody called back and was forced to go to premier inn. I complained to them online and was told its my fault. I said i was not gonna pay for a service i did not recieve. Aweek later the money was taken from my acc. I think these people are nothing more than fraudsters..
