Fantastically comfortable, well appointed motel room, parking outside room

Liked: My room was very well appointed, the bed and pillows divine, I did not have any room service whilst there by choice but when I asked housekeeping for an extra blanket, hangers and more coffee they could not have been more helpful
Disliked: The packaged coffee although in date was grey, as if it had not been stored correctly.

Liked: We have stayed there before and it was lovely then In the 6 months since then it has all been done up and is beautiful. will be back again later in the year

Lovely cosy relaxing place

Liked: Room was cosy, bed was comfortable, very clean, had everything we needed for our short 2 night stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The door to the room was difficult to open because the screws came out of the hinge at the top, causing it to hang down and block the door from opening and closing while we were staying. Staff advised it would not be fixed until after we had checked out.

Builders everywhere

Liked: Should make it cheaper because of the workers doing up the hotel

Disliked: The hotel is CLOSED for renovations! Yes we had a booking and fortunately we arrived early in the day and we were able to book another hotel not too far away! They thought they had canceled our reservation why did they have it on bookings.com if they are closed?
