Very disappointing and not value...

Liked: The location is very central and near the main beach, and the Lanes.
Disliked: The room was sold to us as a 'small' double, this room was evidently previously a single room in which they have now put very small double bed and there is just no room, one person has to sleep against the all and unable to get out of the bed. It was very uncomfortable, also no air con and window which opened a little way was overlooking the inner walls and subject to the air ducts and very loud and hot. We tried to change rooms but apparently the hotel was fully booked. We were charged £360 for two nights this was just not acceptable. Also Bar staff very unwelcoming, and the general atmosphere in the bar and restaurant area just very hostile towards guests.

Liked: loved the room with sea view and spa was a big bonus
Disliked: Booking com advertising this as hotel with spa and breakfast when the spa and breakfast is not included and you have to pay extra at the hotel so I ended up paying another £50 on top of the £175 which was suppose to include it all

Disliked: No parking and £10 per day at be Spa and that we were at the back of the building so could hear generators all night

Disliked: Most the spa we out of use even after paying extra for it but reception never told us about hot tubs ect not working very disappointed

Fabulous few days at this...

Liked: The seaview room was amazing, clean, comfy king size bed.Staff friendly, spa great and location excellent
Disliked: That you had to pay extra to use spa and pool

Liked: The spa was great! The cocktails at the bar were really nice. Room was nice and cosy!
Disliked: There was a large patch of damp on the wall in our room
