Great place and location

Liked: Really nice hotel, great location, room was lovely. We didn't use the spa so can't comment on that but would definitely book again

Liked: The property was outstanding! We got checked in early which was fantastic. Room was a superior sea view with box window seat! It was beautiful room. We got delivered happy anniversary chocolates with x 2 glasses of champagne! So lovely we was chuffed to bits! Food was faultless. Excellent food and presentation. The spa and swimming pools were incredible under ground. Such an amazing facility for a break away! Reception staff were exceptional. Thank you for making our stay our favourite hotel ever! We are looking forward to coming back soon. Thank you so much.

Liked: Location is good and breakfast was lovely but that's it I'm afraid.
Disliked: The fan in the room didn't work.The air con unit didn't work.The mini bar prices were an absolute joke.The bed was so uncomfortable and creeked at any slight movement, awful night with a lack of sleep due to the noise of the bed. Me and my wife couldn't wait to get home.

Old and charming building but...

Liked: Coffee and water complimentary in room.Sea view with beautiful sunset.Spa is alright even though one of the hot pot was empty and the other one cold. Pool and steam bath was good.
Disliked: We stayed in the tower room on top floor. The "bed" was just a mattress on the floor which is very inconvenient.There is mold in every windowframe and the glass is cloudy which is a shame as the view is very nice.Noise from the street all weekend nights, regular noise from ambulances/police cars and party notice.The smell was musty in the sleeping area and sewage smell in the bathroom.The hairdryer only works at lowest power, so useless.The room keycards became inactive every day which is quite annoying when you are staying at 5th floor and the lift is old and slow.
