I fantastic place to relax...

Liked: I thought the rooms were very peaceful and the spa area was absolutely amazing and the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay
Disliked: I thought some aspects of the room were tired and it was a little bit unclean everywhere

Pleasant

Liked: The spa facilities were fantastic, to be fair it was one of the things that saved our trip here tbh, as well as the big bed. The bed was super comfy.
Disliked: You pay for the spa not included in the price of stay. It's £10pp per day. On here the mini bars advertised as included it's not you pay that, same as you pay £18.99 for breakfast each day.The room was tired in places, and wasn't impressed as we paid a lot of money and then when we arrived our main bedroom window was blown so the view was obscure as u couldn't see out the window. Paint peeling of the skirting boards,.masked up window which couldn't open. Then the toilet was tiny and in an awkward position to sit on, so not ideal. Don't stay in room 201 personally
