Passable

Disliked: It might seem a bit petty but I only had 2 sachets of milk for an overnight stay, which consequently meant that I could only have 1 cup of tea. These must cost very little so why not put a bundle in each room.I also rang the Thursday before my visit to check on parking and wasn't told that the Brighton 1/2 marathon would be on the Sunday morning and therefore the road would be closed until 11.30. I was told this at 8.00pm on the night of my visit when it was impossible for me to move my car as I had been drinking. Finally breakfast was until 11.00am but the waitress told us at 10.30 that the buffet would be closing in the next 10 minutes which to my mind made it 10.40 not 11.00.

Overpriced & uncomfortable

Liked: Great location, great spa
Disliked: Bed was not comfortable, room was tiny (expected) however right outside the room was 7 industrial fans that was very loud and was on 24/7 do did not get a good night sleep. The view from the window was looking out on to a dumping area. To park for 2 nights cost £60 additional to the pricey room, then in further addition you had to pay for the use of the spa

Fabulous location, friendly and helpful...

Liked: The room was well furnished and equipped. And had a great view and window seat looking out to thebeachfront
Disliked: The reception area was very small making it feel chaotic which in fairness it wasn’t. Seemed to be other dead space areas. Possibly a rethink of reception area??
