A friendly and welcoming hotel...

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. My two children had a fantastic time and they were not only tolerated but made to feel welcome in the hotel. The room was absolutely spotless and the decor was neutral enough to feel timeless and not dated. Clearly the bathrooms have been recently updated as they were fresh and appealing. We were there for an overnight getaway and it was just the adventure my children wanted - room service in robes, what a treat!
Disliked: Check in was a little slow as there seemed to be few staff around, although it was a Sunday afternoon so to be expected! I have no real complaints but if I was being particular I'd say it could have been more explicit about how to get extra towels to use for the pool and more kids options on the room service menu would be appreciated. But these are small issues!

Liked: I had a good experience of Bridgewood Manor hotel. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful and the check in experience was straightforward.Whilst the room was a little too warm for my personal liking, it was a nice room. Quite big, lovely big king-size (or maybe super-king) bed. Good quality bedding and very comfortable.

Liked: Breakfast was ok, staff friendly and helpful, bathroom clean
Disliked: Noisy, room stuffy but couldn’t open windows because of outside noise.
