Liked: i like that the Bridges bay employees did what they could to ensure i got the rooms i had initially booked..
Disliked: The rooms that Bookings.com booked that were supposed to be adjoining rooms, were in two separate buildings. the only way i could have fixed this on bookings.com would be to cancel one of the rooms and rebook (costing me 100% loss of one room). All of this i had found out when i called before arriving to make sure everything was as i had booked online.This ended up costing me almost as much as if i had booked a 3rd room. I travel a lot, stay in a lot of hotels pretty much every week all over the country and haven't had as much issues anywhere as i did in my own home town.When we got back from the water park and then dinner for the night it was like a frat party in the hotel. People fighting in the halls, running, yelling and kicking in doors. I know this is not a normal occurrence for the resort as i have been going there since the place opened almost 18 years ago. still not an atmosphere i wanted to have my kids in.

Liked: This had nothing to do with the property, but we had a to wait forever to get a innnertube on the slides at the water park. People were hoarding them at their tables and using them the whole time without sharing. The people working at the water part and front desk were super friendly.

Disliked: Not clean, high price for the lack of cleanliness
