Disliked: Too much for a bad only. People in other room were loud. Make more sound proof. Did not need cost of pool in price so should take that off.

The front desk clerk should...

Disliked: The desk clerk did not know how to run her program and insisted rudely it was not something she could fix - even going as far as stating the booking number would not help her. I informed her it was a problem of hers, not mine, to write down the booking number to twlk to her manager about, give me a key to a room and move on. She was horrible

Not worth it.

Liked: Nothing. I feel like I wasted my money. We came for the pool for my nephews birthday and we could only be in the pool area for a couple of hours. The hot tub was closed and the water slides don’t open until after 5 and the pool closed at 8.
Disliked: I think it’s insane that you pay $200 for a hotel room and it only includes 2 pool passes for swimming; we have a family of 4 and we had to pay extra to use the pool. I thought the pool was an amenity for paying guests? And then check in isn’t until 4 and the pool closes at 8 (on a Saturday night!) so we only got to enjoy it for a couple of hours. I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.
